At Tela Naari, we want your shopping experience to feel easy and worry-free.
You can raise a return request within 72 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged, wrong, or disliked product.

For damage claims, an unboxing video is mandatory. For wrong items, please share a clear product photo.

Returns are not available for international orders.
Once we receive and verify your return, a gift card/credit note will be issued within 10–12 working days after your return request.
Credit note will be issued after deducting the to-fro shipping charges and 3% payment gateway fees from the original order.
If original packaging is missing, ₹50 will be deducted.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled for a refund. If eligible, only a credit note will be issued.
Pre-order, made-to-order, and shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
If an order returns due to an incorrect mobile number or failed OTP delivery, a credit note will be issued after deducting shipping charges.
