Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Expected Delivery Time is probably 4 to 7 working days
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s). 
  • Please ensure that the Phone number (preferably a mobile number) is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery-related queries.
  • We will not refund after 2 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agents.
  • Please note that the transit time mentioned for delivery is only for ideal scenarios. 

International Shipping 

1. Shipping Charges will be charged after checkout as per the weight of the order.

2. Any Custom Charges are to be paid by the customer.

3. Expected Delivery Time is 5 to 9 working days.

For Partial COD orders, COD charges are non-refundable in the event of the customer's failure to accept the order.

If a customer does not receive their order after two successful delivery attempts, we will issue a refund in the form of a credit note. Please note that the refund amount will be processed after deducting the applicable to-and-fro shipping charges. 

We offer a 24-hour return window from the date of delivery.

 

You can request a return in the event of product dislike, damage, or if you received the wrong item. Please note that the return request must be registered within 24 hours of delivery. After this time, the return window will automatically close, and NO requests will be accepted.

 

While we are confident that our products won't disappoint you, this is in case something goes wrong (Don't worry, we're here!).

  • You have to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all labels and tags completely intact. They must also be in their original packaging.
  • No returns or refunds for international orders.
  • For any damage-related concerns, an unboxing video is mandatory. Please share a video clearly showing the seal of the package being opened, along with a picture of the damaged item.
    If you receive incorrect items, please provide a clear image of the product you received.

  • Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available for handmade, fabric, or beaded jewellery.

The process for a return:

  • Please request a return for any order-related issue (such as a product issue, damage, or receiving the wrong item) by clicking the link below https://account.telanaari.com using your registered email address.
  • By initiating a return pickup request, you confirm your acceptance of Tela Naari's Refund & Return Policy.
  • On your request, we will arrange the reverse pickup. The returned item is expected to arrive at our warehouse within 7-10 business days.
  • After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end.
  • Once your return is accepted, we will issue a gift card or credit note after deducting the to-fro shipping charges and 3% payment gateway fees from the original order. For damaged or incorrectly received items, we will promptly replace them with the correct product.
  • The credit note/gift card will be emailed to your registered email ID within 10–12 working days after your return request is raised. 
  • Our team first verifies the returned parcel before issuing the credit note.
  • There will be no monetary refund; only a gift card will be provided.
  • A gift card of product value will be provided to you via registered email.
  • We will not entertain any request if you contact us more than 24 hours after receiving the order.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for used products.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory.

Please ensure that you return the complete item: For earrings, both earrings must be returned (not just one).

For a necklace set, the entire set must be returned (necklace along with earrings/choker, if included).

IF CUSTOMER DOES NOT SEND THE COMPLETE ITEM, CUSTOMER WILL HAVE TO SEND THE PIECE TO OUR WAREHOUSE AT THEIR OWN COST.

 

Important: 

To ensure a smooth return process, kindly pack the item in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original packaging (e.g., box), a deduction of ₹50 will be applied to the credit note.
