Domestic Shipping Policy
- Expected Delivery Time is probably 5 to 7 workings days
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
- Kindly make sure that Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery related queries.
- We will not refund after 2 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agents.
- Please note that the transit time mentioned for delivery is only for ideal scenarios.
International Shipping
1. Shipping Charges will be charged after checkout as per weight of the order.
2. Any Custom Charges to be paid by customer.
3. Expected Delivery Time is probably 5 to 9 workings days.
4. During this unprecedented time (COVID-19) ,weather conditions shipments could be delayed , but we will try our best to get it delivered on time.
If a customer does not receive their order after two successful delivery attempts, we will issue a refund in the form of a credit note. Please note that the refund amount will be processed after deducting the applicable to and fro shipping charges.
We offer a 24-hour return window from the date of delivery. You can request a return in case of product dislike, damage, or if you received the wrong item. Please note, the return request must be registered within 24 hours of delivery. After this time, the return window will automatically close, and NO requests will be accepted.
While we are pretty sure our products won’t disappoint you a bit, this is just in case something goes wrong (Don’t worry, we’re here!).
Each of our products are carefully handcrafted and while we try to deliver exactly as in the picture, there might be very slight difference as they are handmade entirely.
Product return conditions:
- You have to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
- Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged products, with all labels and tags completely intact, and in original packaging are eligible for return.
- No returns & refunds for international orders.
- For any damage-related concerns, an unboxing video is mandatory. Please share a video clearly showing the seal of the package being opened, along with a picture of the damaged item.
In case of wrong items received, kindly share a clear image of the product you received.

- By initiating a return pickup request, you confirm your acceptance of Tela Naari's Refund & Return Policy.
- On your request, we will arrange the reverse pickup. The returned item is expected to reach our warehouse within 7 to 10 days.
- After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end.
- Once your return is accepted, we will issue a gift card or credit note (after deducting the to and fro shipping charges from the original order). For damaged or incorrectly received items, we will promptly replace them with the correct product.
- The credit note will be E-mailed to your registered email ID within 3 working days after we receive the returned product.
- There will be no monetary refund, only gift card will be provided.
- A gift card of product value will be provided you on your email.
- We will not entertain any request if you contact us after 24 hours from the receiving the order.
- Unboxing video is mandatory.
- We will not refund or exchange if we received a used product.
